Scores of jazz groups and musicians play on board Capital Jazz’s cruises, and there are also a number of educational opportunities for passengers, like classes that are led by the performing musicians themselves. If an account becomes 15 days past due, the customer will lose their cabin assignment and their reservation will be suspended. The customer will then have 15 days to bring the account current. If the account is brought current within those 15 days, they will receive a new cabin assignment, based on current availability and pricing. Any early discounts will be lost and the account balance adjusted accordingly. If an account becomes 30 days past due, the reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.

Installment payments are due on the 15th of each month, with final payment due by October 15, 2022. For cabins reserved after September 30, 2022, full payment is due at time of booking. Payments are not automatically charged to your credit/debit card without your authorization. In order to set up automatic payments, please arrange your automatic bill payment directly with your banking institution. You must process your own monthly installment payments or call our SuperCruise Customer Service Team for assistance with your phone payment ($8 phone fee will be added to your account).

On Jan. 7, Capital Jazz emailed canceling the cruise one week out saying the CDC issued a Level 4 Alert advising travelers to avoid cruises. If you made your reservation over the phone or have forgotten your user name or password, please click "View Your Account" below, then "Forgot your User Name or Password?" and temporary login info will be emailed to you. If you will be traveling solo, a $195 single supplement will be automatically added to the total. This supplement does not apply for single cabins (interior categories M, MM, or N). If you have a group of 12 or more persons who will be attending this year’s festival on the same day, you’re eligible to purchase group tickets and have the per-ticket service charges waived. A $50 fee (or $100 after October 31, 2023) applies for any changes made to an existing reservation, including changes to guest names, cabin assignments, cabin upgrades, addition of roommates, or reinstatement of reservations that have been canceled or suspended. This fee does not apply for the correction of errors made by us or for changes made within 15 days of original reservation. I’ve said this once and will say it again-- there is absolutely nothing, I mean NOTHING like traveling, experiencing performances from your favorite artists, and being among people who love music as much or more than you do. The 31st annual Capital Jazz Fest is coming June 7-9, 2024! Held each year during Black Music Month since 1993, the Capital Jazz Fest is one of the longest running festivals in the DMV and one of the premier black music events in the country, featuring over 30 acts over three days. In-between musical sets, enjoy the juried craft vendors at the Festival Marketplace, culinary treats at the food courts, and interactive Q&A sessions with the artists.
